Revelation 3: 15: I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16: So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
The Holy Spirit continues to show me how the church needs to get back to the basics of worshiping Jehovah, praising Jesus, and letting the Holy Spirit in. But, even those who make such statements appear to be waiting for someone else to get it started. When Jehovah told me what He wanted me to do I was sorely afraid because the task seemed so huge.
Now, 7 years after that calling, even though I may not be able to see the effects of this Ministry, I will continue to serve Him to the best of my ability.
For the worldly minded, this Ministry is NOT a registered non-profit organization. Any contributions submitted will not be tax deductible. I have prayed about that and researched the benefits versus the control the Ministry would have to give up to the Local, State and Federal Governments.
All contributions will have taxes paid from them. One of the main reasons for this was a change made in 1986 by our Leaders to the Internal Revenue Service code Sec. 501 (c). - Exemption from tax on corporations, certain trusts, etc.; "...no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation (except as otherwise provided in subsection (h)), and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office." This has been interpreted and expanded to include anyone mentioning support for a specific candidate by name from the pulpit or condemnation of Homosexuality.
This "minor" change to the Tax Code allows the Federal and State Governments to have control of any Church or Organization that have Incorporated. It also means that these entities have to comply with all Business Laws and changes that are incorporated. When the State, or Federal, Governement pass a law that Homosexual Marriage is 'Legal' then all of the incorporated churches and organizations will have to accept it and allow Homosexual Couples full access to their services and memberships. Already, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to preach against Homosexuality in public will land you in jail, as directed by a Federal Judge to the local authorities, for a 'Hate Crime'.
I love the United States of America. I served in the U. S. Air Force for 22 years. But, I cannot put God's Ministry under its Governmental control. So, until our churches are allowed full freedom again, I will continue my Ministry as a taxable personal entity and pay the appropriate taxes on all contributions and support.
There is no requirement for you to make a contribution. However, it would be greatly appreciated and will help to offset costs and provide for expanding this Ministry's outreach.
